If you already have a Jebhealth user account, you can first log in to your account at jebhealth.com and you will be automatically logged in to Jebhealth Deals with your email. We have made a Single Sign-on feature to ensure that you don’t have to spend time duplicating your details.
If you are a new user, we want to welcome you to our big family! You don’t have to create an account to pay and book for any service with us on Jebhealth Deals. However, if you intend to do so, you can check the box “Create an account” at the checkout process.
Creating an account with Jebhealth is free. We do not charge you for being a member to enjoy the benefits, though members will be informed of our latest updates.
Navigating Through Categories
The categories are named with a prefix “Jeb” to indicate that these services are specially designed with our partners to provide you with quality services at affordable rates. This is a mark of value, or value-based healthcare. e.g. JebDental indicates that this is a dental service that gives you maximal value.
Your payment through us is supported by Stripe. Stripe builds the most powerful and flexible tools for internet commerce. Hence, you may notice that you can pay through all major credit and/or debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. Alternatively, if you own a PayNow account, you can also choose to pay via PayNow (daily limit of S$1,000 apply).
After you pay, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email you use for payment.
We are currently working with several financial institutions to enable Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) to help you smooth your spending over a period of 6 to 12 months.
The price you pay at Jebhealth is lower than the market price or the walk-in price. We collaborate with healthcare providers who can provide quality services at affordable and accessible rates.
Some services, after payment, are cashbacks enabled. For these services, the cashbacks are rebated by Jebhealth and it is only done after the first consultation at the clinic.
As Jebhealth rates are lower than market/walk-in rates, we require full payment or partial payment for the services listed on Jebhealth Deals to assure our providers that appointments made will encourage show-ups and promote customer excellence by prioritising you ahead of their schedules.
Making an Appointment
Before you check out and pay, we request your preferred date, time, location and preferred doctor or therapist. After payment, your request for the service will be posted to our provider and a representative will contact you to confirm your appointment.
After confirmation, you will receive a notification in your email about the appointment details. This email sometimes land in the Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab (if you are using Gmail). To prevent any miscommunication, we encourage you to open the email and move it to your Inbox. This will help to ensure that subsequent emails will land in your primary Inbox properly.
Rescheduling an Appointment
As your payment is made through us, you must contact us if you need to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us, leave a feedback on the mobile app, or drop us a WhatsApp message below.
Some partners of ours may not accept a no-show refund or a last minute rescheduling might incur additional charges because the facilities and/or medicine are already ordered. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible to avoid paying any unnecessary fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A refund can happen if you wish to cancel a service that you have paid for and the appointment is at least 14 days in advance. If it falls within 14 days, you may not get back the full refund.
There is no refund for deposit placed, unless otherwise stated in the product or service description.
In the event that a doctor deemed you unsuitable for a treatment, a partial refund will be returned back to you. The amount will be stated clearly in the product or service description. We will not be able to refund in full as you would have received professional consultation and the associated administrative fees involved in setting up the appointment and treatment.
If you have purchased a service but did not redeem the service after 3 months and remain uncontactable this period, the purchased service will be completely forfeited and you will need to buy a new service again.
Use of Coupon Code
From time to time, we will issue coupon codes to our members or to an organisation we are working with in the form of a corporate referral code. Please enter the coupon code before payment so that the payment reflected in the invoice is the actual amount you are paying.
If a product or service is excluded from the coupon code, you will need to check out and pay separately for those included in the coupon code. You will receive a message to prompt you to remove the excluded item first when checking out.
If you did not enter the coupon code before payment and paid for the full amount, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund the balance to you. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time to check through your cart before payment.

Giving a Review
We welcome your feedback to help our healthcare providers improve their services. Reviews will not appear immediately as it will undergo an independent verification of the user before it is published to prevent any cases of sabotage.

JebPoints earned will be reflected in JebDeals > My Account > JebPoints. The earned JebPoints can only be used in JebDeals.
The maximum amount of JebPoints to offset the total amount for a product/cart cannot be more than 30% of the list/total price. It may not be valid in conjunction with existing corporate coupon codes or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
