Jebhealth Deals, or commonly abbreviated as JebDeals, is Jebhealth’s core product where you get to buy and book preventive and wellness medical and health services online, like an e-commerce platform. These services are curated for non-urgent and non-acute situations, and available only on an appointment basis.
This product allows you to book your preferred date and time prior to checkout. You are required to pay in full for services listed on Jebhealth Deals before your visit, unless otherwise stated.
The categories are named with a prefix “Jeb” to indicate that these services are specially curated with our partners. This is a mark of quality delivered at affordable rates, hence a statement of our commitment towards value-based health care.
The price you pay at Jebhealth is typically lower than the market price or the walk-in price. We collaborate with healthcare providers who can provide quality services at affordable and accessible rates.
Some services, after payment, give cashback. For these services, the cashbacks are paid out by Jebhealth and initiated after the consultation at the clinic.
We do not charge you for accessing our products. This is how Jebhealth Deals works for individuals and organisations where there is no upfront cost. Simply pay as you go.
JebDeals: Your payment through us is supported by Stripe. Stripe builds the most powerful and flexible tools for internet commerce. Hence, you may notice that you can pay through all major credit and/or debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Alternatively, if you own a PayNow account, you can also choose to pay via PayNow (a daily limit of S$1,000 applies for most banks).
After you pay, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email you use for payment.
Making an appointment: Before you checkout and pay, we request your preferred date, time, location and preferred doctor or therapist. After payment, your request for the service will be sent to the provider and a representative will contact you to confirm your appointment. We request you book at least one day in advance if you are choosing a local provider and 14 days in advance if it is an overseas provider for non-urgent, non-acute cases.
After confirmation, you will receive a notification in your email. This email sometimes land in the Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab (if you are using Gmail). To prevent any miscommunication, we encourage you to open the email and move it to your Inbox. This will help to ensure that subsequent emails will land in your primary Inbox properly.
Rescheduling an Appointment: As your payment is made through us, you must contact us if you need to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us, leave a feedback on the mobile app, or drop us a WhatsApp message below.
Some partners of ours may not accept a no-show refund or a last minute rescheduling might incur additional charges because the facilities and/or medicine are already reserved for you. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible.
Cancellation & Refund
A refund can happen if you wish to cancel a service that you have paid for on JebDeals. We recommend to initiate any cancellation of appointment at least 14 days in advance. If it falls within 14 days, you may not get back the full refund.
There is no refund for deposit placed, unless otherwise stated in the product or service description.
In the event that a doctor deemed you unsuitable for a treatment, a partial refund will be returned back to you. The amount will be stated clearly in the product or service description. We will not be able to refund in full as you would have received professional consultation and the associated administrative fees.
If you have purchased a service but did not redeem the service after 3 months and remain uncontactable, the purchased service will be completely forfeited and you will need to buy and book the service again.
From time to time, we will issue coupon codes to our members or to an organisation we are working with in the form of a corporate referral code. Please enter the coupon code before payment so that the payment reflected in the invoice is the actual amount you are paying.
If a product or service is excluded from the coupon code, you will need to checkout and pay separately for those included in the coupon code. You will receive a message to prompt you to remove the excluded item first when checking out.
If you did not enter the coupon code before payment and paid for the full amount, we will not be able to refund the balance to you. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time to check your cart prior to payment.

This is a reward system to help you offset some of the payable amount for your next purchase on JebDeals.
Earning JebPoints: Below is a simple breakdown of how and how many JebPoints:
- Signing Up: 50 JebPoints
- Using JebDeals: A 1:1 local currency dollar (LC$) equivalent or multiples of the payable amount.
- Using JebCheckIn: 30 JebPoints (Not available from 1 Jan 2020)
- Giving a Review: 50 JebPoints (Not available anymore)
Redeeming JebPoints: You need to log in first before you can redeem your JebPoints to offset the payable amount in the Cart. JebPoints earned will be reflected in JebDeals > My Account > JebPoints. The earned JebPoints can only be used in JebDeals.
The maximum amount of JebPoints to offset the total payable amount for a service/cart will not be more than 30% of the list/total bill. It may not be valid in conjunction with existing corporate coupon codes or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
